I have quilted for many years but always learning. I don't do things by the rules...I do it my way :o. I have 3 daughters & 8 grandchildren. One granddaughter (who is 8) sews with me & we cut out her first quilt last weekend. Thank you for letting join this group. I enjoy learning from others.

Ms Deb, we thank you for joining our group. I live in W. TN and have been quilting just a couple of years. Latest fun is teaching my 11 year old grandson to sew. He is interested in anything he doesn't know how to do. He is making his Mom a quilt block that we will mount on a stretched canvas for Mother's Day. Cutting with rotary cutter, measuring, sewing 1/4" seam and even pressing seams. He had never touched any of the above before making this quilt block.
