I'm kind of a Newbie. I've been watching this board for a couple of months, and decided I should introduce myself. I started quilting 35 yrs ago, and quit to raise my kids (3). Now I'm back at it, when I can. I have learned so much form this board!
I'm one of those people who looks to see what's new on the board before I go to work, so some days I have to get up extra early :o) |

Howdy from Texas. I just got back from Nebraska. I was in Bellevue for 10 days, visiting my daughter and 2 grandchildren. My son in law is deployed now. I am a newbie too - not new to the site but not brave enough to do much yet.
I have tried to get my daughter interested but - she said she will be happy to use any quilts I make - ha. Course, my grandkids may be grown by the time I get their quilts made. Anyway - be sure to share - we love pictures. Blessings, Scherrie |
Hello and welcome from the Buckeye State! You will love it here!
I lived in the SW corner of Nebraska from 74-77, a year of that on a wheat and cattle ranch. Sure missed my trees, but never saw so much sky and so many stars in my life! The sunsets and sunrises were awesome, and so were the storms! WOW! |
Welcome from Oklahoma with a Massachusetts accent. So happy you could be here. There is always room for one more quilter.
