Great to get all those messages from places I normally see only on tv!!!!
Virg, I don't know why you cannot view my blog.
I don't think it's necessary to make a blog of your own to be able to visit mine.
I looked at the settings, but I don't see anything I can change.
But I'm a blogging quilter instead of a quilting blogger,
Maybe there's someone else her who is more of a whizzkid then me and who can tell me or you how to handle, as I sure wish you could visit my blog.

Jeannie, great you visited my blog.
I try my best to write in english to....when I make a mistake please ask me for it, because I might write down something that supposed to be nice, but it means something different in english

Anne....so you can speak our dialect to?
I could answer you in german, but it's a bit impolite to do that here on an american site ;-)
trotzdem...schön dich hier zu treffen!!!!!

Hi and welcome from MA. My DSIL is originally from Holland, around Amsterdam, I think, but I'm not positive. She and her family emigrated here and all 9 of them became citizens on the same day - with an article in the Denver Post. You'll love this site and the people on it.

Welcome from Iowa. I, also, am Dutch. My father was from Friseland, and my mother was also Dutch, but was born in Iowa. I grew up in a Dutch community that has a l huge Tulip festival for three days every May.
