Hello everyone my name is Krystal and I have just purchased a used brother sewing machine and have started to gather my supplies to make my first quilt.
Well actually I got the beginings for three quilts for my neice and nephews. I got a little carried away. I have never seen how a quilt has been pieced together. Any suggestions will be so helpful. Thank you, Kry |

http://www.quilterscache.com/ It's a great web site with zillions of patterns categorized by difficulty. Pick one that looks like you can do it and go for it. If you get stuck, come to the board. There is always someone on here that can get you past the rough spots. And most importantly, don't forget the pictures! We love pictures! |

Wow, you're not to far from our quilt shop. Much closer than I live to it. If you stop in there, Lisa will be able to offer you some hands-on help. Don't run down there today, they're closed on Mondays, but open every other day of the week.

Yep, they have classes for all levels of quilters. If you click on the links near my name below, the LSQ one, it will take you to the home page and there you can find contact information. Give them a call and they will fill you in on all the classes they offer. You can sign up for the newsletter there too.
I am going to try and attach the latest newsletter to this post. I'm not sure if it will work or not. Oct. Newsletter Rocking Chair Quilts |
