Hi neighbor, I'm also new here and even a Southern transplant to South Jersey as well. I love this site. I'm just finishing up my first completed quilt and I've found loads of good advice here. My Grandma was a seamstress and quilter and I've made lots of quilt blocks before, but never a finished quilt. It's definitely harder than it looks, but worth the effort. I'm so proud of myself! :D

Glad to hear I am not the only one from the South... LOL!! Sewing and Quilting are my therapy... they keep me from going insane ... hugs QuiltinMama

brrrrrrrrr, Hello from North Carolina. windchill has it at 17, but it was 12 when I got up.......UGHHHH and the wind brrrrrrrr. Sorry, venting isn't nice. Forgive me. Just a friendly HI and you'll love this place. I'm so grateful for it.
