HI from Maple Grove (outside of Minneapolis) - I love it up north - I go to Hackensack twice a year for a quilting retreat and always hate to come back...I think I would love to live up there!

I lived in Prince Rupert, BC for 10 years. I miss the north sometimes...but not the rain!!!! :lol:

Thanks Loretta....she was right...I have had to relearn a few things already!!! However, after sewing clothing for my bread and butter for close to 30 years, I am so ready for this wonderful quilting experience. I have made a couple of larger quilts, as well as some smaller ones. So far I am enjoying every minute. Now, if I just didn't have going to work every day getting in the way!!!! hahaha
