I was going today, my dad gas the kiddies but it was closed fir the holiday :( . I must say though I went to a fabric shop not to far from me and was very disappointed. I am leaning towards ordering stuff online

equilter.com is a good place to start. You can always visit The City Quilter, since you live so very close.

I think this is a very smart idea, Jodie. You've got it and good luck!

City Quilter is a great shop - it has wonderful NYC fabric that they design and sell exclusively. If one of the twins or Diane is teaching it would be worth taking a class. I don't think Doenias teachs anything but Dear Jane w/Diane.
