Hello from Ohio!
Greetings from Northeastern Ohio :-)
I'm a serious mulit-crafter (knitter, crocheter, scrapbooker, photographer, and now sewer/quilter). I've been sewing since I was a little girl when my mom taught me how to use a sewing machine. I've mainly done crafts and clothes, but have recently been sucked into quilting after attending the Original Sewing & Quilting Expo a few weeks ago. I made a quilt a couple of years ago for my girlfriend who was having a baby, but I had NO CLUE what I was doing!! Lol. Now, after watching a TON of YouTube videos, I'm hooked!
I'm currently working on a rag quilt for my MIL and have about a dozen other projects lined up waiting in the wings. I have a Janome Sewist 525s, a Singer ProFinish Serger, and a Brother PE-9500 embroidery machine.
I've been lurking here on the forums for the past week and I can honestly say I've learned so much already! Can't wait to learn more :-)
