Hello from Ontario, Canada!
 

I am fairly new to quilting. I have sewn my whole life so not a big stretch. I love to paper-piece and I just completed my first baby quilt with applique -- I can take it or leave it!
I am looking for local quilting groups. This one came up when I searched "quilting groups in southern ontario canada". If anyone belongs to one or knows of one near Cambridge/Kitchener, I would love to hear from you.
I know we can all learn from each other on the web and I am looking forward to seeing your accomplishments. I will try to get pictures of mine posted soon.

There are some groups in your area, check at the local quilt shops for the guild. I was at a quilt show last year at Rim Park put on by the local guild but I can't remember their name.
