Hi Kathy, Thanks for the welcome. I really wished I could have made the get together at Glo's but it just wasn't in the cards. I've picked out the pattern and the fabrics. Just need to get busy on those stars or I'm going to be seeing stars :lol: .

I'm out of school for the summer and classes resume on Aug. 23rd, so until then, I've been working on my studio and just about have it ready to lay the wood inlaid floor and carpeting. Once that's all done, then I can put up cabinets and start working in there. Hoping to start working in there in the fall, but we shall see.

How are things going with you? Have you started on your star blocks yets? Have you sewn any of your blocks together from the winter swap and spring fling swap?
