Hi, everyone, I'm SunnyCat (you might be disappointed to learn that's not my real name) from PA. I live right about where the Quakers bump into the Amish. Quilts are very popular out here. It's not uncommon for a house to have 10+ quilts being used for everything from throw blankets to tablecloths. I've really been wanting to learn. I took a class as a child, but it didn't stick.
On a personal level, I'm 29 and happily married. I'm unemployed right now (or as my husband calls it, "retired") but hope to make a living in the culinary arts. Before deciding I wanted to quilt, I was a knitter, but I need to take a break from that. I love cats, cooking and football. I look forward to "meeting" everyone here! |

Hi and welcome from Upstate NY. I've been to the heart of PA and loved all the adorable fabric shops down there. It's a very beautiful part of the world.
