I'm new to the message board and wanted to introduce myself to everyone. I have been quilting since 1989 and I still consider myself a novice quilter. We moved to South Caroline (from Montana) in 2006 and living in a warmer climate has challenged me to rething my quilting techniques. I love to hand quilt and I also enjoy stamped embroidery and counted cross stitch.

I grew up in New Jersey and moved to Montana in 1989. I am an animal lover and we currently have 2 Dalmatian rescues. I look forward to getting to know everyone better and sharing quilting ideas.

Welcome from St. Louis! I have been here since 1976, and don't mind not shovelling winter! Grew up in MN and WI. Have been quilting for quite a while, but just joined here last month, too.
Have leaned lots and been exposed to many more techniques, so I am swimming with ideas and wantos! Now I need to get off this board and actually DO something!

Welcome to the quilting forum and to SC.
It has been cold lately (8 degrees) last night and in 20s daytime.
Jeanne Daly you should feel at home down here. We moved here 24 years ago and as we get the change of seasons without out the muck we had in Penna. Retired now so great to stay in and keep warm.
Again welcome. You will enjoy learning on here
