Donna Rae,

I made them with heat and bond. I like to make I think what is called 3 D. blocks some times. If you will pm'ed me your e-mail address I will send you a picture of one I made and sent to a lady putting a quilt together for a friend in Northern Wales.
Misty P.S. If you can look close enough on this quilt you can see a blue one and a pinkish one with the flowers.

Nancy , Once you make 1 quilt you will be hooked and look at all kinds of things to see if it would make a good quilt . So I would say you are most likely hooked now.
Misty :-)

Misty, I was able to see the BF"S. I really have to give it a try. I already have heat & bond. I have lite and ultra hold. Probably lite to use? I think I will give it a try tomorrow in between all the other projects I have to finish by xmas. I have some fabric that is like rainbow colored I think might be pretty. I'll let you know or better yet send a picture if I get it done, no when I get it done. Thanks.

Will WE ALL be able to see your B. flies?? Hey, with this kind of talent, you just HAVE to share :P

Here is a good view.
Use the ultra hold heat and bond. I got mine at JoAnn's I think most craft store will have it. Apply the heat & bond the way the instruction says on 1 layer of fabric. Pull the paper off and put on another layer of fabric. ( sandwich the heat and bond between the fabrics in other words) And then cut your butterfly out and attach it to the quilt block or what ever you want it on.
Class is over now go have fun.
Misty , I for got to say you can use any kind of fabric. Not just the type I used and still do it like I said above.
