Hello every quilters,

I am french, I live in Touraine, near Tours in a little town in openfield. Touraine is the Loire's valley where are the Loire's castles.

I am a quilter since among 10 years old. I am married, have 3 children (2 sons and 1 daughter), I have 1 grand-daughter and a 2nd in next january.
I was a medical secretary, I am in pre-retirement since 3 years and I do enjoy it !

I was looking on Go*gle for the pattern of "Chrysalis the original" and my search make me be here.

Well, I don't speak currently english but I am happy to be with you here and I hope my english will improve as long as my participation on this forum.

I am from Canada, Québec more precisely and my first langage is french. Welcome and don't worry about your english. You're doing fine.
I googled "Chrysalis the original courtepointe" and I saw different quilts and fabrics but I don't know what the pattern you are looking for is. May be someone will come along and will be able to help you in your search.

I was in Tour in 2009 for a genealogical convention. This year it was in Marseille and we went, my husband and I. We stayed in France, touring around for about 20 days.

If you can, it would be very interesting to see some photos of some of the quilts you have made. Enjoy the board and I hope you find what you are looking for

Hi every quilters. Thanks for your welcoming messages. And I have find the Chrysalis Pattern :)) I had looked for on this site and happily I was, I have find a thread where another quilter ask for too and Dunster answered she had make it and so, it's available to buy it. So I do ! And now, I am very exciting... and afraid about my capacities to do it, but at least it is "only" a log cabin quilt... perhaps a little more difficult than a basic log cabin but... I'll try to do it as best as I can.
I am going to explore this site a little more than yesterday. Thanks to all.
