Hello All!

I'm Christy and I'm from Kentucky in a rural county just outside of Louisville. I just got my first sewing machine almost two years ago and discovered how much I love quilting shortly after that. This week I began work on my fourth quilt. I get better with each one and enjoy it so much. I still have a lot to learn and came across this community while looking up some acronyms on the pattern I'm working from and decided to join in. Y'all look like a great group and I've learned a lot just from reading through threads already.

I look forward to participating, learning, and sharing!

Hello & welcome from Texas. As you have already found out by reading a few posts this is a very informative board. The members are extremely helpful, supportive & encouraging. Ask any question & you will for sure receive an answer. There are various ways of doing any one thing in quilting/sewing & you will learn the different ways & which one suits you the best. Please learn to post pictures as we LOVE to see pictures of your projects.
