I"m laci from ohio. i have just recently aquired my first sewing machine and have no idea what i'm going to do with it :-D I have always helped with my grandma's quilts but i have only ever cross stitched patches for the quilts. So, i am up for suggestions to start looking for some easy quilt patterns and beginner sewing machine projects. Glad to be a part of some ladies who can help and give advice!

Welcome aboard.

Begin with something easy and simple. Take a class maybe? I remember when my DIL first started she took on something that floored me as it looked difficult to me. I said I think that is a bit much--well, that just challenged her and she did pull it off. Yellow Brick Rd. or rail fence are good starters.
