I'm new at this. I already goofed by posting a messge in this section.
I began quilting about ten years ago and still consider myself a beginner. My mother quilted and worked in her yard. I swore I would never quilt or crawl around in flower beds. Guess what I do now? My daylilies are beautiful. |

Welcome from the Florida panhandle! Yep, I love my Daylilies too and can hardly wait until Spring! My mother didn't quilt, but she sewed and did all types of crafts along with her love of flowers. I sewed for my children, but had little time to plant flowers or do other crafts. I wish I had appreciated Mother's flowers and crafts more back then, for just like you, the older I got the more I came to like them. So glad you joined this board!
