Hello all! I started quilting almost six years ago when I "retired" after the birth of my third (and last) child. My hubby signed me up for a class to give me something to do aside from taking care of three kids and a husband... little did he know what he was getting himself into, lol. Glad to be here!

Welcome from PA. This is a great group of quilters. I haven't participated much this past summer because of being away from home, and I sure do miss being involved in the swaps. They do great swaps monthly - MugRug swap, mini quilt swaps, Secret Pal Swap, fabric Post Card, and many others. Hope you get a chance to check out the different threads and join in on some of the swaps.

Thanks! I currently live in Frisco, but we will be house-hunting after the new year. We are fairly new to Texas (moved here in Feb) by way of California, so were trying to sort out where to put down roots.

Ditto on spending too much time in front of the screen rather than cleaning or sewing. Too much inspiration on the interwebs!
