I am new to this website and I already love reading all the posts. I have found some good tips. I am a paper piercer and a hand quilter and I love every minute!

I live in Tolar, Texas - close to Granbury which is close to Fort Worth. I live on a ranch. Thanks for asking. I wish sometimes I lived closer to people and quilting guilds!!

Welcome to the board from another Texan. I'm in south Texas. This board is like a quilt guild. You can show and tell in the picture section and get praise and encouragement. Ask questions in the main section. Participate in swaps and round robins. It has a great tutorial section. And we have something that most guilds don't have, Men quilters. They do awesome work. Wow! Cutebuns...is it as snowy and cold there as it was at my family's home in Ste. Damas? I remember they had a second story entrance for the winter cuz it snowed so much!
