Hello from Virginia
I had previously been a member but had changed email addresses and couldn't edit that properly here so hadn't been on for a while. Previously britfutur now dianem.
I'm Diane and live in Richmond, VA. I have been quilting for 25 years or more, off and on, and just love it. I enjoy patchwork, redwork, hand applique and love taking classes each June from amazing national teachers at Vermont Quilt Fest. I always learn new techniques or better ways of doing things and it's awesome to spend that week with my "quilt sisters" that I only get to see a couple of times a year. We definitely make the time count when we do see each other!
I also enjoy reading, love Marie Bostwick's Cobbled Court series and can't wait for her new book to be released next month and knitting either as baby gifts or for our Stork ministry at my church.
I have several vintage machines so I'm looking forward to learning from all of you about that too.
