Hello from WA State

Hi Everyone - Glad I've found you! My quilting goal this year is to use up my stash! Way too much fabric hanging around this house. I've been quilting about 5 to 8 years I think, nothing fancy. Think I've only managed two I actually like. But I love to quilt while listening to pre-17th century renaissance music. It's very relaxing and it fills my need to be creative.

Glad to meet you all. :)

Welcome neighbor!
I went on the fabric wagon in 2001, am still using from stash, and it still isn't gone. And my stash is nothing compared to many...
If I could do one thing different, it would be to leave the store holding the fabric until I was ready for it. I would certainly have been a better steward of my money.

Bonnie Hunter patterns and methods encourage using stash. She has books and an extensive site collection of free patterns with directions.

Again, Welcome~

Wise words! I couldn't agree more. Thank you for the info about Bonnie Hunter.

And thank you, everyone, for the warm welcome.
