I am a quilter from the south west of Western Australia.
My favourite things to do are needle turn applique and at the moment I am making an English paper pieced hexagon diamond quilt from scraps which is very relaxing as I don't have to think too much!. I am looking forward to reading more on this site.

Hello and welcome from the UK! I like English paper piecing too for exactly the same reason. So portable, can slip a few patches in my bag and sew almost anywhere. Particularly good for the dentist's waiting room :lol: :lol: :lol:
