:-P wow, how cool is that, I now know someone in Ireland. I hope we will meet one day. I hope to learn a lot from you all. Thank you for your welcoming me to the Quilting Board. I have completed my first project. I just made one block. Figuring out which piece to sew first, which way the seam lays and the results have been challenging. I cut off the very tip of a triangle and my sides are rather jagged. I hope when I press this thing it will look better and better when I add the binding. Nan

Soooo that's why they call you fancy foot. I don't really understand this quilt stuff but I am up to learning. Thanks for your welcome, I'm stuck on the sewing of tiny triangles. Why is that you sew squares with the opposite fabric to cut them in to triangles? Don't you see that fabric behind the other fabric?
