You all know how many beautiful quilts there are daily on this board. I have this habit of saving the pics of the quilts I really love and put them in a folder and then put that group of pics in my windows photo slide show screen saver and wow you guys give such a wonderful slide show to watch when Im feelin bad and cant get out .......thank you all so much for the hours of beautiful watching .... you and your quilts have made the days of chemo and radiation so much easier

Hi everyone .... I joined and introduced myself in Aug of 2010 .... I love this site and I love the careing people here .... I was diagonised with non hodgkins lymphoma in 2008 and have been taking chemo of one sort or another since then.... in Dec of 2010 we thought the chemo had done the trick and remission was good then about a month ago the tumor in my neck decided it would come back .... for 3 weeks every day I have had radiation in my neck ..... it isnt fun and it wears me out .... but sitting here looking at the beautiful quilts is soothing

Hello. I am prety new here so your introduction is new to me. I'm sorry you have this illness and have to deal with the chemo and radiation...but at leat there is something to help you. I pray you will get well very soon! And stay well! What a smart idea you had to make a screen saver of these beautiful quilts! There sure are some great pieces of art on here made by really talented people. I'm glad you could be soothed by looking at them.
