Hi! I found this board when googling for some quilt supplies! I'm thrilled :) Ilike in a small town in the Southern Adirondacks. I belong to a small quilter's club that we all started a couple years ago. We just finished our first "raffle" quilt and are just having a lot of fun and learning from each other. I learned basic quilting from my mother-in-law over 30 years ago. I made a few things for the kids and then my handicrafts went on hold while raising the kids. I've reclaimed that part of my life and we just finished building our retirement house (I'm still working full time) and my husband made me a beautful sewing room in a room above the garage. I'm back at it and having a ball. I love going to weekend quiltings and would love to hear about ones in Northern NY and VT.
