New to the board. Came here looking for some answers on my new Q'nique 21 and sadly figured out that it's a hardware problem that the dealer will have to deal with :-(
Excited to learn some new things!

Sorry to hear you are having problems, hopefully the dealer will do the right thing and you'll be up and stitching in no time!

It's ok really. I can stitch in Manual mode which is the same as what I was doing on my sewing machine anyway :-)
Just no x-axis regulated stitching until I get a new encoder.
