Hello and welcome from North Carolina

Hi Beebs welcome to QB i am sure you will get hook on this web and look no further it's a great place to learn with lots of friendly teachers:)

Ah the beautiful Ulladulla. Had some fun times there!
PS Dolores - North Carolina is the one place in the US that I desperately want to visit. Nicholas sparks is a great ambassador -makes it look like a magical place ;-) |
Welcome to the board. If you move to those lovely cool weather inner country towns, you will find lots and lots of quilting groups. Better than in Newtown. Try church halls - you don't have to be a member. And of course the local quilt shops will tell you about groups, and probably have groups themselves. Good luck with your quilting, and with your move.

Welcome from Central Pa. I have an Ausie sleeping on my couch right now. How fun you guys are. I didn't do a whole lot of quilting until my child got into middle school. Too much going on before that.

Hi from Canberra.
Maybe aiming to do a really small project or two would be more achieveable for you just now. Finishing something is SO encouraging and there are even lots of great tutorials for quick-to-make items here on the Board. |
Hi and welcome from Arizona.

I also never have time to get lessons- which is why I am looking on the internet! |
