Hi. My name is Michaela Laurie and I joined Quilting Board after following on Facebook. I live in the southern part of Australia about 30 minutes drive from the capital city, Canberra. I make Paper Quilts and design patterns and working templates so that others can create them as well. I have been Paper Quilting since 2004 and just seem to love everything about it more each day. I have recently started creating the designs in fabric and I'm just loving the rich colour combinations you get from working with it. Where will it end- I see myself being surrounded by my growing paper and fabric collection for ever more.
