Welcome from Duncannon PA. What part of central PA and how many horses? I have ridden horses since I was 4 yrs old and really miss it. I told my DH if we ever go on vacation, he can go train watching and I'll go horseback riding after fabric shopping!!!

We live about 20 miles SE of Altoona. We have a quarter horse breeding farm with 15 foals due this spring. I'm trying to get as much sewing time as I can because by late March when the babies start arriving, my quilting time is very limited. I don't do much riding since most of our horses are either young or!!mares with babies. Happy quilting!!

My husband occasionally goes to Cresson and Altoona to take train pics with some his buddies. Sometimes us ladies get together and shop hop for a day, maybe you can join us sometime. we love meeting fellow quilters!!

Hi Ladies, I also grew up very very close to Altoona. I lived in Bellwood for 30 yrs. Then moved to Fl. (just north of Tampa) But, my heart belongs to Bellwood. Would go back in a minute if kids and g-kids were there. I envy those of you that are still in beautiful PA
