Hi and welcome from northern California!
Hi there! I just found this site tonight and yours is the first post i've read. It must be lovely living in the country. I live in Long Island and its pretty crowded...even so there are only 3 quilt shops to go to. Hmmm guess I should consider that good fortune. :) I've been quilting for 2years (in January) and I love it too. It's art, its therapy, and it appeals to my practical side. Anyway! this site looks great for learning more! (PS...went to college in Milwaukee...you got yourself a real cold state!)

Welcome from Missouri. I have family in WI. One brother lives in Fox Lake! Love to visit, but I don't like shoveling winter!
Oh, WI can get cold, but NY gets quite a bit of snow. Personally, I would rather have one month of winter and more summer and fall weather.
Winter seems to last so long. Guess it is a good thing to have lots of quilts to keep warm with. |
It's all good...the summer makes us appreciate the winter...the winter makes us love our quilts.. The spring and fall...just pure joy!
Welcome! You've found a wonderful place to share, to ask questions, to find just about anything you need quilt related... Wonderful, wonderful board. Hope you enjoy every minute you get to spend here!
