I quilt, sew. I have a quilting frame that I have had since before 2004 & I have never had it out of the box that it arrived in. JUST NO SPACE. Some where I have the shipping papers & receipt for it & I would like to sell it. I do not know if it would be best to advertise it on e-bay or craigs list or to try to sell it at a fabric shop. What would you advise? I do need to sell it I do not have room to set it up to use it. The quilt frame is the kind that you set your sewing machine on to quilt with. New friends please talk to me. Your Friend, Nanap8

Welcome from Sherwood, OR. It's so much fun being a part of the Quilting Board! I just met someone on Saturday from the group! It was a lot of fun walking, shopping and talking! :D If you could give more information about your frame perhaps someone from the QB might be interested. Craig's list is an excellent place to sell and you might find someone close to home and you won't have to ship.

Greetings and Welcome!

Hope you stick around for show-and-tell and sharing tips and techniques!

I also think Criag's list is a good option. Have you checked with your LQS to see if they have any "takers"?

My two DDs live in the Eugene area. With a new DGD, we travel to Eugene about once a month. We could meet up sometime!

Hello, and welcome from Missouri!
Can you post a picture? Can you repost in the Members buy and sell, classifieds area?

Welcome from Southwest Washington State. I lived in Eugene in the late 60 and early 70's. Did not want to leave, had so much fun in the land of the University of Oregon Duck's. Learned to sew in Eugene and there were great fabric stores there then. I just join the other day, I am sure we will both have a great time with the group. Everyone seems so nice, and I know they will help me with any quilting problems that might come along.
