Hi everyone
My name is Connie and I just found this board yesterday! My husband just bought me a long arm machine a couple of days ago and I am anxious to get it and get started! I have been quilting since 2008. I never thought I would enjoy something so much! I have met lots of nice people through quilting, taking classes and through our guild. Anyway...Hi everyone, Connie

Hey everyone! We spent yesterday getting my bedroom furniture out of our second story window...so now in my little bedroom downstairs you have room to walk around that king sized bed and that is it! The rest of my furniture is going to have to go. My upstairs bedroom is the biggest room in the house next to my living room and my hubby didn't want the quilting machine in there! I told him it could double as a table...we could eat on the pantograph side lol! Maybe 4 weeks until delivery now.
I have to have an electrician come and install an outlet. Our house is 105 years old...tiny rooms! The stairway upstairs goes up 3 steps and makes a sharp turn. It is just about impossible to get anything up there. The lady who built our house would be so happy...she was a quilter too. I have an old photo of her with the baptist ladies aid society they are posing with a quilt they made. Hope everyone is having a good Sunday! Happy Easter to all.... |
