Hello from Port Saint Lucie, Florida. I took up quilting because due to M.S. I was unable to do my beloved needlepoint and embroidery any more. I started with a store site that offered a BOM. That and some old clothes (which I had broken down) was the start of my freedom. I am in a wheelchair and cannot use my right side. If I can quilt, anybody can. All you need is an old sewing machine, old clothes and the desire for an outlet. I know that while I am quilting, I am leaving my inabilities behind.
