I have a question I hope someone can help me with. I have a Janome 1600 quilting machine that used to be on my quilting frame. The thread keeps breaking when I use it to free motion quilt. Has anyone any idea why?

Quilting on a frame tension is different than quilting off the frame tension. Or you could need to rethread it, get new thread or change needles. Call your Janome dealer and ask them if none of these suggestions work.
