I have been quilting for a little over a year and a half and have a lot to learn although I have been sewing since I was a kid.

Now I must confess - I have been lurking here for longer than I should tell you.

But... ya'll finally did it. I had to come out of lurking because several weeks ago, I think it was around the middle to end of September, one of you posted a log cabin quilt that I would love to find the pattern for. Of course, I have searched but can not find it. It had a lot of pink and the way it wasy done there was a cross in the middle but there were stars at the ends. Sorry, I am not good at discribing this. I had saved a picture, but I can't find it now. I would love to make this quilt for my niece who is getting married next June.

There is so much really good information you all share and you are so friendly and helpful. I was sure glad to hear there are no quilting police. I look forward to being a part of this group.
