Hi from Georgia
I just now realized I never introduced myself when I joined a couple of years ago. I discovered machine quilting several years ago and recently have had the time (lost job) to spend a lot more time sewing. I now have my sewing room organized and have no reason to not accomplish something. I tried making landscape quilts when quilting first snagged my attention and quickly realized I needed better skills. Making clothes did not prepare me for quilting! Since then, I have become hooked on more traditional blocks making mostly scrappy quilts. I have enjoyed reading the posts and seeing the quilts on this site.
I love animals and spend time fund raising and advocating for spay & neutering. |
Well Welcome to the board. As you already know there's a lot of information on this board. I have 3 furbabies and they have all been altered as a vet client once told me. have to tell you when I spent time with my granddaughters this past June the littlest one asked if when dogs and cats were fixed did that make them transferred! LOL!
