I have to admit this is the first time I have joined an online group so please forgive me if I do something wrong. I love to quilt and am always looking for new ideas. Most of what I have done has been self taught to I have alot of room for improving. I have to say that in looking over this site first before joining I was quite impressed with what I saw and read. I look forward to being a part of this.

Welcome to the board from Va. Beach, VA! I know you'll really enjoy your time spent here. I love it - there are so many kind, friendly & helpful people here. I'm a true, blue beginner; haven't even finished my first piece. Hopefully will finish within 2-3 weeks with my borders, quilting, binding, etc.

Welcome from western PA (where it is too hot!!) I'm also a self-taught quilter and this board has helped me "unlearn" my bad habits. You'll learn a lot and if you don't see what you need, check "Search" at the top of the page or just ask!
