I'm from northern Indiana, near Fort Wayne. I have been quilting for a long time, but I don't get too many things completed with job and family (you all know the story). I love combining colors in exciting ways in my quilts. I love piecing, hand applique and now I am starting to do some FMQ on my home machine. I have been watching your posts for a long enjoyable time and decided I needed to "come out of the shadows into the sun". I read about one of the most interesting blogs on this board, Leah Day's "365 Days of Free Motion Quilting Filler Designs", and it has changed my life. Thought I would give you all the credit and recommend it as well.
