Hello. I just got high speed internet and just found this website kind of accidentally and thought I would join to make some new friends.
I have been quilting since 1980, but last year I didn't quilt at all. I find myself with a fairly big stash and looking for inspiration. I'm determined to make quilts this year.
Both of my sisters quilt. In fact, my one sister belongs to a neat group of ladies who get together every other Friday in the Dayton, OHio, area and quilt. It keeps them inspired and keeps them working on their projects. So could you all move closer to me so we could get together once a week to quilt? Just kidding. It might be fun, though.
Lets see. I used to work in the media, but I am retired now. I am single and do not have any children. I love making quilts and love it even more when they are finished and quilted. So, I guess I will just browse about this website and see what I can find. Be seeing you around....
