I was surfing the site trying to find info on quilting machine set ups for regular sewing machines and came across this wonderful quilting site. So glad to be here. I have quilted on and off all my 58 years of life being taught as a young girl by my mother what she knew, she tacked or tied her quilts and mostly pieced them. I love appliqued quilts of all kinds. I have made several quilts over my life, time permitting for friends and family but am disabled now and need to fill my days happy sewing projects. Glad to be here. It looks like a great place to relax and learn and have fun.
