I have been quilting about a year, had a group and am now "group-less." I live in upstate NY, and I love bright colors, batiks and modern, easy patterns!! I also love art quilts. I am excited to find this board. I have a sister-in-law who was just diagnosed with a rare cancer, sarcoma, and she is only 50, so instead of feeling helpless, I decided to start a website called Quilts for Cancer.
