Hi everyone. I joined in July when I decided to give up quilting and sell my stash. Really liked the place and decided to stay. I'm still giving up quilting and selling most of the stash but plan to continue to sew, mostly using home dec. fabric for purses, hats, etc. Hope it's okay to stay and play here even though I won't be officially quilting. Never did introduce myself in July. Then I got sidetracked with a foot injury and rehabbing it, plus a garage sale and end of summer stuff. Good to be back. My name is Kate and I'm from NE Ohio. Quilted for about 30 years before deciding to give it up. I also work as an interior decorator/sales for a large home furnishings store, so I get to work with pretty (and some not so pretty) fabrics there.
