I have been quilting for ? years. (I started a couple of quilts in my 20's but knew nothing about it, so they did not do well- a cathedral window was my first).
In my 40's I started taking classes and behold- there were better fabrics and lots of great classes and instructors! I love quilting, cardmaking, and the occasional scrapbook.
I am also on a quest to lose weight, so I have been walking a lot for the last six months; my husband recently joined me for my morning walk last week!
PS, I am a breast cancer survivor since 2008!!!

Hi and welcome from Sequim (soon to be from Wickenburg AZ for the winter). You'll love it here as we all do and will soon become so addicted to this site that it interferes with your quilting time. Glad to have you aboard.
