Hi, everyone! I've been lurking on your site for quite awhile, and I am so impressed with your work! I've been quilting for about a year. I handquilt just about everything because I'm absolutely terrible at machine quilting. I guess it slows me down enough that at least I don't spend ALL my money on fabric. I'm a freelance court reporter, which keeps me busy most of the time, but I still find time to get to the sewing machine once in a while. I'm happy to be a new member!

Hand quilting is prettier than machine, though like you said, slower. I admire you for getting things done!

I love the look and feel of hand quilting. I just cannot do all the projects that way because of time constraints. Many times I mix methods. You'll find there are no quilt police here, so just have a good time.
