Hi from South Dakota
I feel like a new quilter as I have only completed 2 quilts, but I have been sewing quilt squares for years. My grandmother is the one who got me into quilting, she had made a double wedding ring quilt using fabric from old clothes. When I moved out of my childhood home, I made sure that quilt was in my packing boxes. About 3 years ago I purchases fabric to make a solid arch double wedding ring quilt my self. I am right now trying to build up the courage to start to sew it together. I have it mostly cut out. Just a few small pieces left. Any suggestions? I would love to hear from you.

Welcome from Minnesota and happy quilting :)

Howdy and welcome, from Texas! :)
Best way to get your courage up, is to just jump right in and start sewing. Don't worry about it not being perfect. After the top is finished, use either Warm & White or Warm & Natural, for batting. After it's washed, it shrinks slightly and conceals many, many "oopsies!" |
