Welcome from northwest Houston! Hot and humid here, but I run A/C and make my quilts with Quilter's Dream Select or Request batting and it's just right.

Welcome from another Texan. The last quilt I made was what I call a "summer quilt". Now some people would not call it a quilt since it doesn't have 3 layers but it is a quilt in my eyes. I left the batting out & it's the perfect weight for this Texas weather. I keep it on my bed all year round. Hope you enjoy spending time here with us.
