I've been meaning to join a quilting forum for a long time, and I stumbled on this one today in a search for scrap quilts.

I'm Jennifer, 43, from and live in North Mississippi, married to a great dude, one grown up daughter who is finishing up her sophomore year in college, and I run a non-profit cat rescue in addition to my full time job and several hobbies. I used to own a small cut flower growing operation, but I could never get it off the ground, mostly due to money and the aforementioned full time job.

Hello from Soggy Seattle! Sounds like you have been a busy person, it doesn't really slow down any once you take up quilting :p

That's the one downside I'm finding to these boards, I'm always getting ideas for more and more projects.

I mostly work in planned scrap quilts, or at least quilts with lots of fabrics.
