Where in tx are you?. We are such a big state you know.

I'm in Fort Worth. Haven't seen much of the rest of the state yet. I hope to visit the coast and swim in the Gulf someday when its fully recovered from the oil spill. I'm still amazed at the size of TX! I want to visit all of the state Parks too. Where are you?

Welcome from S. OK!! I actually grew up in S. Texas, sw of San Antonio. I'm only a couple hours' drive north of you on Hwy. 81 in Duncan. Been here for 50 years. You will learn a lot and probably spend too much time on here like the rest of us do.
Later this year I'm going to be a southerner in Iowa. I am and am not looking forward to the move for various reasons.
