Hi, from Wentzville, Missouri
 

I'm a new quilter who has just finished her first quilt. My mom took me to a quilt camp (Camp Lebanon in Burtrum, MN) last November where I started this quilt. After a year of sewing, ripping, mental blocks, buying a new machine, and perseverance, I finally finished the quilt in September of this year. Now, I am ready to tackle many more quilts and am a bit obsessed.

I live in a St. Louis suburb (Wentzville), am a Marine MoM, a drama mama (mom of a musical theatre major), pilot wife, and former math teacher who loves to quilt, sew, read, sing, worship Jesus, go camping, and substitute teach. I just became an empty nester and am loving it. My adult children are doing well and I get more time with my husband and my hobbies. It's a win-win!

I look forward to reading and learning from all of you.
