His name is Gage. He is a French Brittany. When he is in the house and I am sewing that is just where he wants to be. I actually had to have my husband build a cover for my foot pedal otherwise he would press it and away my machine would go!!! Thanks to everyone for all the nice greetings.

Welcome and love your sewing companion. Mine used to be and sometimes still is my little dog. He is getting old now so hard for him to lay on hard floor and he won't sleep in soft bed in sewing room. Live in Central Ca, welcome from all of us
